Follow-Up CCA Grant + DIGEST

Hi both, 

I've compiled the exhibition essays that will appear in DIGEST #5 and added it to a new folder to the CCA grant in the drive for 'Supplementary Material', link below. It appears that Matt wasn't collecting bios for the authors, so there are only two bios—the authors since I've been with FCG. I will send along the tentative names for commissioned texts for the thematic issue of DIGEST in the coming days. I want a bit more time with that. 

Regarding printing costs, based on last year's page count of 49 pages, we were quoted $837 for 60 copies and $1,342.44 for 100 copies. We went with 100 copies but as I mentioned we have stacks of boxes that have never been opened, so this fact combined with our addition of digital versions means that we will not be printing 100 copies this year, even though we're looking to expand distribution.

Since the inception of DIGEST we've been printing with Aylmer Express and our contact is █████ ████████ █████████████████████████. I understand that FCG receives a discount of some kind from Aylmer, but I'm not sure of these details, so I'll look into it and perhaps this can be framed as a partnership (or something?) in the grant. 

Lastly, I've updated our zoom links to reflect our standing meetings of Wednesday 12pm (Toronto time). I'm only able to book meetings 6 weeks in advance, so FYI the link will change in 2 weeks, but for now we're using the same zoom link as we have been:

Thank you for the updates! One more thing I would need for the budget is the word count for all the exhibition essays to estimate the cost of translation.
