I’m writing to check in about setting up web hosting and domain registration.

Do you know what domain name you’d like to register? For example, theemployee.ca

We recommend setting up an account with a company called Ionos for both domain registration and web hosting when we are ready to launch your website.

I’ve included the price estimates for the Ionos plan we recommend below. Want to look it over and let us know if this sounds good to you?

Ionos Essential Plan ($4/month with a 3-year term, renews at $5/month)

• Year 1: $48 – paid when we setup the Ionos account

• $48 (hosting) + $0 (domain) + tax 

• Year 2 & 3: $65

• $48 (hosting) + $17 (domain renewal) + tax

• Year 4 onward: $89/year

• $72 + $17 (domain renewal) + tax

Once we’re ready to set it up, I’ll send you my booking link so we can set up the account together on Zoom and I can answer any questions you have about hosting/domain stuff. It usually takes less than 30 minutes!
