We have learned that some people who filled out the new Assessor Self-Nomination Form were unable to submit it.

If this happened to you, please try again.  We have now resolved a temporary technical issue.

 

You will receive a confirmation email when your self-nomination has been successfully submitted.

Introducing the Peer Assessor Self-Nomination Form

 

You are receiving this message because you expressed interest in being a member of one or more peer assessment committees organized by the Canada Council for the Arts.


To remain on the list of potential assessors maintained by the Canada Council, you must complete the new Peer Assessor Self-Nomination Form available on the portal.

 

The information you provide will be used to select the peer assessors involved in awarding grants, prizes and strategic funds.

Follow these steps to remain on list of potential peer assessors:

 

  1. Log into the portal. If you have forgotten your login or password, click Forgot password or username to reset it.

  2. Click on your name and select Peer Assessor from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Please read the introduction.

  4. If you still wish to self-nominate, select Yes and fill out the Peer Assessor Self-Nomination Form.

  5. You can upload a CV or résumé if you wish.

  6. Click Save and Continue to review and update your Voluntary Self-ID form and your Contact Information.

  7. Check the Declaration box and click on the Submit your Self-Nomination button to complete the process.

  8. You will receive a confirmation email when your self-nomination form has been submitted.

If you are no longer interested in being a peer assessor:

No action is required on your part. Your name will be removed from the list of potential assessors.


If you change your mind, you can log into the portal at any time to fill out the Peer Assessor Self-Nomination Form.

Complete and submit your Peer Assessor Self-Nomination Form as soon as possible to be considered for an upcoming peer assessment committee.
