Hi Jonathan,

A gentle check in on that logo and publishing contract.

Let me know if you need anything from our side at the moment.

Best,
Lauren

Hi Lauren, Josh,

Sorry that I missed you yesterday, Josh! I’m just about to edit our standard co-publishing agreement and just wanted to double check with whom the agreement should be made. I am assuming it is with you, Josh? Let me know if I should provide a signature line for FCG and/or other parties.

J

Hi Jonathan,
Yes, I am sorry we didn’t cross paths, but I got a nice chat in with Blair. If I do make it back for Dallas’ opening, let’s make a point to meet.
So your message opens up a few question that would be good to sort out in a contract form.
Firstly, the agreement should be made with both Lauren and I, if that is possible, since Lauren is a partner with me on this: We plan to split any sales income.
The print run is going to be 400 copies.
My agreement with FCG is that I have offered them 80 copies. We have not discussed or agreed upon how to split up revenues, however.

To add to this, I have several follow-up questions, and this might go faster if we have a meeting, since I am unfamiliar with the standards or protocols here and how they might be integrated into a contract.
1. How many copies should Lauren and I take?
2. The longstanding question, exacerbated by Alexei’s (Motto’s) corruption, do we have an EU distributor?
3. We reached out to Primary Information to see if they might be interested in working with us in the US. We haven’t heard back yet.

Sorry to complicate things, as I am sure your hands are already quite full, but I hope we can determine the correct allocations for all parties.
Warmly (from Sudbury!)
Josh
