James Hoff at Primary Information shared your email address with me, as I am seeking reproduction rights for a documentation image of Seth Siegelaub's "January Show” to be published in a forthcoming book I am co-editing.

I have been corresponding with Art Resource, who have agreed to license the image, but I want to make sure with you that they are the correct license holder and that I should not be dealing directly with Mr. Siegelaub's estate.

I would be grateful if you would let me know how best I should proceed.

I think you can just get the image and mention the Egress Foundation. I will waive a fee.

The image should be credited as 
 Courtesy Stichting Egress Foundation, Amsterdam / Estate of Seth Siegelaub

The image (the one with the secretary i presume) does not have a strict caption. 

I suggest something like: Installation view of the exhibition January 5-31, 1969, New York, with publications produced by Siegelaub and Adrian Piper as secretary
