Hello there,

I am currently working for Forest City Gallery, an artist-run center in London, Ontario. We have been discussing the need to relocate to a new space for quite some time and are planning on applying to the Canada Heritage Cultural Spaces Fund in the upcoming months. We will also apply to other provincial funding, such as the Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant and Resilient Communities Fund, and the London Community Grant Program through the City of London.

I was wondering if it would be possible to arrange a meeting or phone call to discuss steps, ways to strategize and other potential funding opportunities we might not be aware of.
My cellphone number is ████████████, if we can schedule the call ahead it would be great as I could prepare any specific questions we might have. I have availability early next week during the day, let me know what time works best for you.

Thank you so much and I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Camille-Zoé Valcourt-Synnott (she/her) — Fundraiser/Grantwriter

Greetings Camille-Zoé,

Thanks for your inquiry. I would happy to schedule a call with you to discuss your project. Next Wednesday (the 5th) is clear of appointments for me. If that works for you, please let me know a preferred time for that day and we can talk.

Best regards,

Hi Paul,

Wednesday sounds great! I am free at 1:30 pm, if that works for you.
Will this be a phone or video call? Either way works for me, just let me know if you have a preference.

Thank you so much and I'm looking forward to discussing this with you!

Best,
