Hey Camille,
I just wanted to check in and see if you want to talk?
I’m really sorry you were feeling overwhelmed, and if there’s anything I / we can do to help and make sure you feel more supported in the future, it would be really good.
Just to reiterate, you are doing an incredible job and I couldn’t be happier to be doing this project with you.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for reaching out!
I'm sorry if I gave you the impression that I didn't feel supported, because I do, but I think maybe I was intimidated by Teresa's awesome job and writing skills (haha). It felt really good to hear that you both go through these phases of unproductive/destructive patterns too, and that I'm not alone in this. I feel very lucky to be able to open up with both of you and be welcomed when I'm vulnerable. I don't know if we should talk some more because I feel like maybe I just need a good cry! It's not so much the work for this project but other things in my life that have been a bit rough and stressful to deal with.
I just want you to know that I'm so grateful to be working with you and Teresa, and for this whole experience.

Hey,
I am sorry you’ve got other stuff going on that’s stressful. I know what you mean about needing a good cry, and also can totally relate to expressing being overwhelmed by just not being able to connect or communicate.
For real, if there’s anything I can do to help or be more supportive, I am totally free to talk it through, outside the project.
I am also super super grateful to be working with you.
Ps, Michael Scott carbo loading cracked me up when I saw it.
