Thanks for chatting today. Here are the notes we made regarding the current venue and what we're looking for in order to solve these barriers. Please add anything, this is a working document.

I'll send along the surveys today, but before I do, Josh, we should talk about the documentation for your project. There are names and emails in the survey along with their comments and responses, and these folks did not agree to the terms of documentation, including possible inclusion in a publication, etc. I thought we could find a solution that honours your project but also honours the anonymity of these members of the community. As a solution, I propose that their responses simply remain anonymous and the identifiers of names and emails are redacted. What are your thoughts?

That's a really good point! I obviously will not share any of that information in the meantime. I don't really need the names and emails, but mostly the suggestions and answers to the multiple choice questions. I believe Google Form lets you create a diagram - feel free to share that with me if you prefer.

I just saw in the budget list that Josh suggested we might want to hire a COVID consultant (if that exists?) as well as an accessibility consultant while developing the plan for the new venue. 

I was wondering if it is something you might know about, or if you maybe want to ask the grant officer at your meeting tomorrow? I think in the same way that we listed Surface Impression as a consultant in a previous grant, it would be a great thing to consider. I just wanted to reach out before your meeting, and it might be something we can discuss with the venue committee as well if anyone knows of people who offer these services.
