Dear Dallas and Blair,
Thank you for our meeting yesterday. It is terrific to have so much support from you as we finally come to the publication of The Employee.
By way of a recap, we discussed the following. Feel free to let me know if any of this is mis-remembers or needs adjusting.
Contract:
- AM will update the contract to reflect new distribution numbers, which we are tracking here
- AM will confirm which contributors they will take on shipping to (AM might cover in-Canada shipping)
- AM will update the contract to note J&L are informed about any reproduction
- AM will update the project description (please see attached)
Promotion:
- J&L will contact H9 about possible graphics
- AM and J&L will do a joint socials post once the books are received by AM (likely also coinciding with the launch event)
Launch:
- J&L will confirm launch ASAP (we are waiting to hear back from ARCA)
- Launch to take place on 15 June between 3-5pm at AM
- AM will provide snacks and drinks and speaker fees (*which CARFAC fee does this fall under?)
- Details of launch to be discussed
Misc:
- J&L will send AM a link to the FINAL PDF on Monday 10 March to share with Antenne Books
- Josh can store books with AM during his travels
- AM will provide two letters of support (to J&L) for CCA grant confirming that we are traveling to Toronto from Berlin for the launch event and will be paid speaker fee (please indicate the amount).
