A quick update on the launch situation.
Communications with ARCA have foundered, and at this point it is not looking like we will be invited to hold a launch there.
As a result, it would be even more important to launch the publication in Toronto on the 15th.
As we discussed I'm currently putting together a travel grant to attend the launch. and it would be really appreciated if you could send us letters of invitation in the next week or so (I've attached a draft of various letters to save you some work). Given that the ARCA conference is no longer possible, I would like to add an invitation to Camille-Zoé Valcourt-Synnott to be present at the Toronto launch. Her presence would be important firstly because she was "the employee" and secondly because she's already going to the ARCA conference. This means she could easily travel to Toronto for our launch the day after. If you could also lend your support to her attendance with a letter (see attached draft) and a speaker's fee, it would be incredibly helpful to the feasibility of our travel funding applications.
