The Employee: Travel and Production Schedule

(Leaving the rest of the team off for the moment so as not to clutter their inboxes, but feel free to loop them in as you like).

We have two travel updates that we would like to coordinate with you in terms of the The Employee’s production schedule.

1. My grant to join Josh in Berlin was successful, so I will probably go for about 3 days to work with him on those digital proofs as we discussed. Because we will only have a short time together, I want to make sure that we have the PDFs in hand to make the most of our time. Can you you give me a firm date of delivery (ideally first week of November) that I can book my travel around?

2. By some stroke of luck, Josh and I can both be in Montreal around 6 to 9 December. This would be a great time for us to all come together to finalise in-person details. Let us know is you will be around and how you suggest we make use of this IRL time.

It turns out that I won’t be able to travel to Berlin, but we would still love to have a digital proof on the same schedule if possible!

The good news is that Montréal is definitely a “go” and I’m so excited to meet the H9 team in person.

P.S. Sky and I are planning a 10 year anniversary celebration for Momus on December 6 or 7, so please hold those dates as we would love to see you all there.

Hi Lauren!

Thanks so much for the update! I spoke with the team yesterday and it’s tight but we’re doing our best to get you the PDF by your travel to Berlin… which I see now isn’t happening anymore. In any case, we’ll still work towards that date but perhaps it’ll give us a couple extra days to refine :)

and YES! Can’t wait to see you IRL in Dec for Momus ❤️
