dear Jessica,
I apologize for the lateness of this request, as I often fail to be as organized as my projects demand of me, however, I suddenly realized that I have neglected to request your consent for a key element of the project. Namely, as an added layer of documentation of The Employee, I have been accumulating and archiving all emails associated with the work's process, including the process of putting together the publication. This includes our emails.
I am writing to ask for your consent to include these emails in the archive, which will be published in a website format and will include thousands (truly thousands) of other emails constitutive of the project.
If you are uncomfortable with having your emails included in this archive, or have requests about specific content, please let me know. All email addresses and contact information will be blocked out, but do let me know if you wish other measures to be taken in redacting our correspondence. I can also provide you with a copy of our emails should you wish to review them individually. This consent, if given, would also include emails forthcoming in our continued (almost finished) copy-editing process.
