Thank you for this rich response. We were grateful to receive captions, image files, the photographer’s contact information; as well as the notes on Josh’s text, which have contributed to its accuracy. All of the suggested edits have been incorporated. Please find the updated text attached, with the areas in question highlighted.
Robert and Gary have both released permission for their photographs: Gary without condition, and Robert with with a condition that has been address in a footnote.
We will now proceed with copy-edit and design with the understanding that no further changes are necessary from the Michael Asher Foundation. You and █████ will receive the final proof once it is ready.
