Thank you again for speaking further with myself and Teresa over the weekend, and for your patience through this process.
I am happy to let you know that we have decided in your favour, and would enthusiastically like to offer you the position.
I hope very much that you will accept.
If you do, we would like to begin with a meeting on Monday, July 20 to collectively develop a plan of priorities, a rough schedule, and a set of protocols for how to safely access and share the space during covid. Upon your acceptance, I will also send you a copy of the employment contract that I am preparing, which we can sign during this meeting.
The meeting will also be included in billable hours for the project, but in case you are currently receiving CERB payments let me know when it would make the most sense to start paying you. We can also of course discuss this during the meeting.
