I hope you are both well.
I just wanted to follow up about the applications for the position. I think we had a pretty good response to the call. There are 16 applications. I tried to organize them by name so that the cover letter and cv are together, when the files in the folder are ordered by name. If it is possible for you guys, I would like to meet next Monday June 15 to review our top candidate choices and to schedule a block of time to interview our shortlist. Does that date work for you? I can be flexible with the time, so long as we start the meeting before 3pm your time.
For the skype meeting, it would help to have a list of our favourite four applicants.
