You have successfully submitted your Project Update Report to the CCA portal.
Normally, Council officers review reports within 15 business days, though this could be longer around deadlines due to a high volume of inquiries or applications. Program staff will contact you if they have any questions and you will receive a notification when the status of your report changes.
You can submit additional Project Update Reports when the end date of your project is extended and/or there are significant changes to your project.
The Project Final Report should not be prepared until after your project is completed. The due date for your final report is shown in the Reporting box for this grant in the Grants Awarded section of your dashboard. If your project is completed but there are other reasons why you cannot complete the final report before the due date, you can submit a Request for Final Report Extension. This might be necessary when the report cannot be completed on time due to personal or administrative reasons, such as an lengthy illness or absence by the person responsible for preparing the report, or when the report and/or financial information must be approved at a meeting that will not take place until close to or after the due date. Note that you can benefit from only one Extension for Final Report per application.
Log in to the portal when you are ready to create a new report. Go to the Reporting box for this grant in the Grants Awarded section of your dashboard. In the drop-down box for Report Type, select a report you want to prepare under the section called New Reports.
