Dear Matt,
I am so sorry we didn’t manage to coincide yesterday.
Teresa passed on your recommendation and justification for ████ , after which we had a very careful conversation about ███████ █ . vs. █████████ .
The feeling between Teresa and I was that as much as we want to choose one way or another, we still have reservations about both candidates: we felt like we didn’t have enough information to make a clear decision.
Ultimately we both would feel more comfortable asking ████ ██ ██ and █████████ to join us for second interviews.
Our proposed date would be this coming Friday (July 3) at 1:30 and 2:30.
We are going to draw up a Google doc for the additional questions.

So, Matt, let me know if you are able to be there for the second round of interviewing. If not, totally no worries, I know that you are dealing with a lot of work right now, but also, it is always an honour to have your thoughts and input.
