To clarify: 
- I would pick-up the work as Forest City Gallery is located in London, ON
- If you could source the materials, that would make it much easier for us
- The materials would be 3/4 inch thick Plywood
- Our timline is pretty flexible, this is mostly to have an estimate for a grant request, but the event for which we need the pieces would happen mid-September 2021. I was also wondering how much time you need between the request and the finished project?

Hello Camille-Zoé,
Thank you for reaching out. We most typically use birch furniture grade plywood which has exterior grade glues, but if they're going to be outside for a long period of time I'd suggest going the extra level up to marine grade plywood. Both of these are typically available at 3/4" metric equivalent thicknesses of 18mm so the file needs a little bit of work but we can handle that for you.

CNC programming and cutting of 4 benches would fit under our project minimum of $███ + HST.

Material supply of 18mm BB/BB grade baltic birch plywood (2 sheets) - $212 + HST
Material supply of 18mm meranti marine grade plywood (2 sheets) - $███ + HST

Just to clarify - how many benches would we need to have cut to reach the project minimum order?
Also, how much delay is required between sending the order and having the pieces being ready for pick-up? If we were to confirm the order during the last week of August, how soon could it be ready?

Hi Camille,
Four benches will fit under the minimum order, two benches would cost the same amount. The machining is estimated at 15 mins per sheet so each bench will cost $█████ to machine.

My apologies, I have the wrong sheet quantities for your 4 unit order.

Material supply of 18mm BB/BB grade baltic birch plywood (4 sheets) - $███ + HST
Material supply of 18mm meranti marine grade plywood (4 sheets) - $███ + HST

We have the baltic birch plywood in stock so turnaround time would be 3 - 5 business days. Marine grade would depend on availability and delivery time from the suppliers.

Thanks for following up. We are actually applying for a grant to fund the project, and we are supposed to hear back by August 13th with the grant results. 
I will definitely communicate with you as soon as we know the outcome, but I can't guarantee we will continue with the project if we don't get the funding.
