Meeting to discuss LCGP - Capital Grant

The Employee <employee@forestcitygallery.com> To: communitygrants@london.ca

Hello there,

I attended the info session yesterday about the London Community Grant Program as I am currently working with Forest City Gallery to secure funding to renovate and move to a venue that better fits our needs. We were wondering if it would be possible to arrange a meeting with you to discuss our project and some questions we had regarding the application.

Ideally we could meet early next week, either Monday March 15 (anytime) or Tuesday March 16 (after 12:30 pm). Let me know what time works best for you.

Thank you so much and have a lovely day!

My best,

Camille-Zoé Valcourt-Synnott (she/her) — Fundraiser/Grantwriter

Hello ██████,

Since there will be 2 people meeting with you, the executive Director and myself, I think it would be easier to arrange a Zoom call. If you could send me the link to the meeting, I will forward it to FCG's Director.

Thank you!
