I just wanted to check in, since there are 5 days until the deadline for submissions of applicants.

I received a single response ████ ██████ █████ ██████████

I would like to extend the deadline for applications until Monday June 8, and use that as a way to bump the visibility of the call on facebook and instagram.

What do you think?

I could do this update today. I will wait for your confirmation before I do, so please respond to let me know. Teresa, if you agree to the extension, would you mind changing the date on the FCG website as well?

I am also working on a list of interview questions (avail. on the google drive). I saw that Matt added some questions. Teresa, if there is anything specific you would like to ask the potential employee, feel free to list it on this doc.

Assuming that we do extend the deadline of the call, then we should probably meet online after that, in order to review the applications and schedule interviews.

For the interviews, do either of you have a professional zoom account?

I think it would be fine to do these on a free account, but I just thought I would check.

It's my experience that calls for jobs, etc. most typically receive all or most of the applications on or very near to the deadline, so I'm hopeful we'll see more interested applicants flowing into your inbox in the coming days. With that said, I fully agree with extending the deadline and boosting the visibility of the call. I'll update the website and make sure the position is promoted on our socials as well. Do you prefer that I simply change the deadline date, or would you like it to state 'DEADLINE EXTENDED' ? Please let me know if you have a preference and I'll make that update right away.

I will definitely have a look at the interview questions, thanks for the nudge. I also agree that we should meet after the call has closed—let's plan to schedule that meeting a little closer to the deadline. 

We can use FCG's pro zoom account.
