I have had great success with grant writing in the past, most note worthy, I received two full scholarships to fund my Master's at █████ through private and public outlets. I refer to a solid grant proposal as a balanced combination of poetry vs pragmatics - with subtle attention placed on a Lacan'ian mirroring of language and values towards the respective authorities you are seeking funding or support from.
