Re: Introducing you to Josh Schwebel

Hope all’s well! June 5th is coming up fast already, so I just wanted to touch base on a few things.

Firstly, could you please send us a blurb for the event that we can use to start putting together our PR and promo? Preferably for early next week? Just a brief description of what you’re envisioning is fine. It would also be great if we could get bios for you, Teresa and Camille, and if you have any thoughts re. images that would work well for the promo, send them along! Please feel free to put Camille and Teresa in touch with us directly for the bios, if they have any questions, etc.

As I mentioned below, we typically hold these events on a Skype call, and Jeff live-streams it through to our Vimeo account for the audience. I would be happy to introduce you and the event, and can relay audience questions for you at the end. Would you, Teresa and Camille be free for a call to test the tech setup a couple of days prior to the event? Perhaps we could test with you early in the afternoon on the Saturday prior (May 29th) to accommodate the time difference? And if the three of you aren’t all able to meet for the test at the same time, that’s fine! We can meet separately.

Once we have the blurb/bios/etc, we’ll send you a proof of the email notice to look over, and we’ll plan on sending it out 10-14 days in advance of the 5th.

I'm terribly sorry to say this but I stupidly double booked on June 5th and there is a chance I could be in transit that day.

Do we have some flexibility? We could possibly do the previous weekend (Josh — this would depend a bit on a second event we are trying to confirm), or the week of the 15th. July is also still possible of course. Or June 1- 4, though the time difference would make for an early start.

Alternatively an earlier start time on the 4th could work (noon?) — though it might be hard to rally a west coast audience that early.

Let me just confirm one thing quickly regarding my travel timing but Noon should work alright on my end and ha the added benefit of an expanded (EU) audience.
