Also, I wasn't planning on doing slides but maybe it makes sense? How long should we each aim for?

hey Camille,
I think Kate mentioned that she would do a land acknowledgment so it shouldn't be necessary for each of us.
I also think it would make sense to show some of the screen captures if you feel like illustrating the extremely fun portal experience, but that can be your decision.
I think between 10-15 minutes should be long enough, it doesn't need to be too long. If you want to also meet one on one to talk about it more I am happy to do that.

I have prepared my presentation and I think it might be useful if you and I had a chance to compare material. I don't want to present too much or say things that you are planning to say, especially since you will be going right after me, so it would probably help if we just had a clear division of who will say what. Would you be able to meet ahead of time? Maybe half an hour ahead of the group meeting that is half an hour before the presentation???
