Here is the proposed agenda for tomorrow's meeting. I think it might make sense to plan for 1.5 hours rather than pushing things over to the next meeting, if your schedules would allow that.

1. Relocation 
-updates on visit to potential space - Teresa
-results of Camille's meeting with Canada Heritage officer
-did we get in touch with OTF for more feedback from our results?
-rejig timeline taking this information into consideration

2. CCA project grant 
- progress on potential artists / conference participants? 
-any contact with CCA program officer re: sector development vs. project grant?

3. Healthy Communities Initiative (deadline June 25)
-for outdoor programming

4. Planning for Fillip event

5. Miscellaneous updates
-follow-up on outreach to Eastern Bloc?
-reach out to Tim Dallett?
