Hi Teresa and Camille,
I just wanted to check in.
Did we have a plan to meet tomorrow or Wednesday?
I had an impression we were meeting Wednesday, but don’t have anything fixed in my calendar. I think it would be good to know if we have any updates for either of the funding applications coming up, and to talk a bit about what Camille will work on during the performance. And if there are no deadlines / no updates, should we postpone the performance until there are active deadlines??
I am also really excited for the live online event, so I am looking forward to seeing and sharing the promotional material. Teresa, do you think it will be possible to post the event online tomorrow?

Hi both, 

Thanks, Josh, for initiating this. At our most recent meeting two weeks ago we decided to skip last week, and meet this week, but we never confirmed. 
I have a couple of updates and I agree it would be good to talk about the performance, so I propose we meet at our usual time, noon Toronto time on Wednesday. Will that work for you both?

The promotion looks good! Only thing I just saw is that my name isn't spelled properly (I should have double-checked this!), this is how it should be spelled: Camille-Zoé Valcourt-Synnott.

About our meeting Friday, I just realized that my partner will be teaching on Zoom at that time in the living room. Would it be possible to have the meeting an hour earlier? If that's too early for you, we can also do another day.
